Earlier this year, the Board of Directors of the Troy Baseball League became ware of possible fiscal improprieties by its Treasurer, who was an independent contractor and not a member of the Board.  The Troy Baseball Board immediately took action internally releasing her of her duties on May 9th 2018 and also referred the matter to the Will County Sheriff and the Will County State's Attorney's Office for further investigation.  Troy Baseball has been informed that Nicole J. Edgar has been arrested and criminally charged for her actions.  The Board has already received a substantial amount of restitution and looks forward to working with County Officials in the prosecution of this matter.
